ἐπείγεται. Τοῦτον ἂν πείσειας, αὐτοκράτωρ, μεταφρονοῦντα, τοῖς ἀποστολικοῖς μὴ ἀντιτείνειν διδάγμασιν· ἢ τοῖς ἐν οἷς ἑάλω κακοδοξίας ἐγκείμενον ἀσεβήμασιν, ἄρδην τῆς Χριστοῦ καὶ ἡμῶν ἀφανίσειας ἐπαύλεως, ὡς ἂν μὴ τῆς θολερᾶς αὐτοῦ λογοθωπείας τὰς τῶν ἁπλουστέρων ψυχὰς ἐργάσηται θέραμα.
