If a land sins, famine strikes the land itself. Even Noah, Daniel, and Job would deliver only their own souls — not a corrupt city’s crowd.

Si terra peccaverit, extenditur manus super ipsam terram ut auferatur firmamentum panis. Non dixit tantum accolae sed terra. Et si fuerint in medio eius Noe et Daniel et Iob, liberabunt animas suas.
