Here am I; send me — bolder than Moses

After the throne vision Isaiah answers Whom shall I send? — Here am I; send me. Moses had pleaded send someone else; Isaiah volunteers before he knows the hard word: hear and hear, but do not understand.

Videns Isaias Dominum Sabaoth sedentem super thronum audivit: quem mittam? Ecce sum ego, mitte me. Verecundius Moyses: provide alium quem mittas. Isaias non exspectans quid iuberetur ait ecce ego; ideo iubetur dicere aure audietis et non intelligetis.
