Father, I thank you that you heard me
Jesus lifted his eyes and, still about to pray, was already heard — and instead of petition gave thanks.

Ὁ Ἰησοῦς ἦρεν τοὺς ὀφθαλμοὺς ἄνω καὶ ἔτι μέλλων εὔχεσθαι ἐπηκούσθη, καὶ ἀντὶ εὐχῆς εὐχαρίστησεν.
Πάτερ, εὐχαριστῶ σοι ὅτι ἤκουσάς μου· ἐγὼ δὲ ᾔδειν ὅτι πάντοτέ μου ἀκούεις.
