I am not speaking of you all; the Scripture must be fulfilled

“I am not speaking of you all; I know whom I have chosen. But that the Scripture may be fulfilled, ‘He who eats my bread has lifted his heel against me.’”

The Scripture is fulfilled concerning the betrayer.

Οὐ περὶ πάντων ὑμῶν λέγω· ἐγὼ οἶδα τίνας ἐξελεξάμην· ἀλλ᾽ ἵνα ἡ γραφὴ πληρωθῇ· Ὁ τρώγων μου τὸν ἄρτον ἐπῆρεν ἐπ᾽ ἐμὲ τὴν πτέρναν αὐτοῦ.

Περὶ τοῦ παραδιδόντος ἡ γραφὴ πληροῦται.
