ἀπεικάζει τὴν Ἐκκλησίαν, ἤγουν τὴν τῶν πιστευσάντων πληθὺν, τὸ Γράμμα τὸ ἱερόν. Ὑψηλὴ γὰρ, οὐδὲν ἔχουσα ταπεινόν· οὐδὲ γὰρ ἀξιοῖ φρονεῖν τὰ ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, ζητεῖ δὲ μᾶλλον τὰ ἄνω· καὶ οἱ τῆς Ἐκκλησίας δὲ τρόφιμοι περιπατοῦσι μὲν ἐπὶ γῆς, ἔχουσι δὲ τὸ πολίτευμα ἐν οὐρανοῖς.
