συνέστημεν, ἀλλὰ τῶν χειρῶν αὐτοῦ ἔργον ἐσμέν. ∆ιὸ καὶ λαὸς αὐτοῦ, καὶ πρόβατα αὐτοῦ τυγχάνομεν. Εἴη δὲ λαὸς ὁ λογικωτέραν τάξιν ἐπέχων· πρόβατα δὲ οἱ μὴ τοσαύτην ἔχοντες διάκρισιν, μηδὲ πεῖραν τῶν θείων λογίων, κατὰ τό· "Ἐπλανήθην ὡς πρόβατον ἀπολωλός."
