What, then, do you mean, most subtle disputant? Is modesty about God’s works sacrilegious, because everything God has made must be done openly, lest our hesitation seem to accuse the craftsman? Then the apostle Paul was wrong when he described God’s works and said, “Our less respectable parts receive greater honor; and God arranged the body, giving more abundant honor to the part that lacked it, so that there should be no division in the body” (1 Corinthians 12:23–25).
