Who raised justice from the east?

Isaiah already knows living Justice, not Paul alone: Christ is our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption. Who raised up justice from the east and called it to his feet? — the Father calling the Son from the true dawn. Worship at his footstool, for it is holy.

Ait prophetes esse viventem iustitiam; Apostolus dicit Christum iustitiam et sanctificationem et redemptionem. Quis surgere fecit ab oriente iustitiam, vocavit eam ad pedes suos? Pater vocavit Filium — incarnationem — de oriente lucis verae. Adoramus scabellum pedum eius.
