In the flesh versus at home in the body; faith and sight
Examine when and how Paul says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” See whether “to be in the flesh” and “to be at home in the body” are not the same: those who are in the flesh cannot please God; those at home in the body are away from the Lord, yet they walk by faith.
I think those who campaign according to the flesh are “in the flesh,” while those at home in the body are those who do not know the spiritual things of Scripture but cling wholly to its body.

Ἐξεταστέον δὲ πότε καὶ πῶς λέγει Παῦλος· Διὰ πίστεως γὰρ περιπατοῦμεν, οὐ διὰ εἴδους. καὶ ὅρα εἰ δύναται μὴ ταὐτὸν φάσκειν ἐν σαρκὶ εἶναι καὶ ἐνδημεῖν σώματι· οἱ μὲν ἐν σαρκὶ ὄντες θεῷ ἀρέσαι οὐ δύνανται· οἱ δὲ ἐνδημοῦντες τῷ σώματι ἐκδημοῦσιν μὲν ἀπὸ τοῦ κυρίου, πλὴν διὰ τῆς πίστεως περιπατοῦσιν.
