Cleanse in Christ water/blood; seven days = whole life; seed bed

Cyril: …yet in Christ, through water and blood. (1 John 5:6) For he will number for himself, he says, seven days unto his cleansing, and will wash his garments, and will bathe his body with water, and clean he will be. (Leviticus 15:13) And the on the one hand unto a seventh day to be stretched the cleansing, signals somewhere altogether, the through all of the life, and in every of the of the living time to be wiped needing with the fairnesses those from badness of world having chosen to transfer upon the to do to choose the more-fitting. Therefore of the week a measure of time has a fulfillment and a cycling-up unto the from beginning, as unto an end already arriving of the season. And to approach needing and necessarily to be brought-on with the from us fairnesses well

Palladius: You spoke well.

Cyril: Thus on the one hand then the gonorrheic to be thoroughly-cleansed needing, the divine for us has oracled law. And he defiles-down him, for whom if there should become also an unwilling flux, or then a willing, and a spring having the inborn movement. And willing on the one hand, as in associations the toward a woman, I say, and according to law of the marriage; and unwilling then again, as in imaginings somehow perhaps nightly. For he said again thus: ‘And a human, for whom if there should go-out from him a bed of seed, also he will bathe all his body with water, and unclean he will be until evening. And a woman, with whom if a man should sleep with her a bed of seed, also they will bathe the bodies with water, and unclean they will be until evening.’ (Leviticus 15:16-18) For equal upon both the charges, and the
