Tribute to Nebuchadnezzar and his satraps

And what need is there also to speak concerning this—that having begun to rule countries she is enslaved to such a degree among the enemies that she always also pays tribute, doing whatever those masters command? And they command nothing useful. And perhaps for each of the things in which she stumbles here she pays some tribute to Nebuchadnezzar, who is interpreted “Settling-in and recognition of constraint”; and not only to Nebuchadnezzar, but also to his satraps.
