Matthew 14:20
That fragments of the loaves abounded after a not small multitude of men had been satisfied would be clear assurance that hospitality’s work has rich repayment from God. One can see the new wonders agreeing with the more ancient, workings of one and the same power. He rained the manna in the desert for those from Israel; and look — again in the desert he has supplied abundantly to those in need of food, as if sending it down from heaven. For multiplying the little and, as from nothing, feeding so great a multitude would not be unlike the first sign.

Ἐπειδή, φησίν, οὐκ ἐν τῷ ἄρχοντι τῶν δαιμόνων ἐκβάλλω τὰ δαιμόνια ὡς ἔδειξεν εἰπών, ὅτι πᾶσα βασιλεία καθ' ἑαυτῆς με ρισθεῖσα διαλύεταί τε καὶ φθείρεται, ἐν τῇ δυνάμει τοῦ πνεύματος ἄρα ἐκβάλλω αὐτὰ καὶ διὰ τοῦτο ἤγγικεν ἡ τοῦ θεοῦ βασιλεία.
