Matthew 19:29

So that no one may think what was said fits only the disciples, he widened the word to all who do the like. Even if the rest will not obtain the same things as the disciples, they will still have, instead of kin according to the flesh, intimacy with God and brotherhood with the holy — he means the elders and elder women of the church, whom they had through love as kin, beloved by disposition, loving far more than fleshly kin, from whom they also received money to manage as they wish, with the goods to come also stored up for them — and instead of fields, paradise, and instead of houses of stone, the Jerusalem above, mother of the firstborn.

Note that even if the rest do not obtain the same as the disciples, they will nonetheless have, instead of fleshly kin, intimacy with God and brotherhood toward the holy city, mother of the firstborn.
