Matthew 3:12

He snatches the righteous into the city above, and the sinners into what is to be burned.

Ἀξίνῃ δὲ παρεικάζει τὸν λόγον τοῦ θεοῦ· καὶ Ἰερεμίας γὰρ ὧδέ φησιν· ὁ λόγος κυρίου "ὡς πέλυξ κόπτων πέτραν". οὕτως τῇ ῥίζῃ ἐπί κειται, ὅπως τῷ φόβῳ σε ποιήσῃ βελτίονα καὶ παρασκευάσῃ καρπὸν ἐνεγκεῖν.
