Matthew 5:18
In place of fleshly worship the Lord introduced worship “in spirit and truth.” Perhaps what the Jews were not even doing fleshly, Christ’s disciples now do spiritually. That is why he says one iota or one horn will not pass from the law until all happens.
Clearly the Jews did not do all of it — or if they did, they stopped, no longer allowed to do those things, partly through fear of kings, and partly because the temple had been destroyed, the only place where the sacrifices had to be completed.

Εἰρηνοποιοί εἰσι καὶ οἱ τοὺς ἀπίστους μεταπείθοντες πι στεῦσαι ὡς τοὺς πάλαι ἐχθροὺς τοῦ θεοῦ εἰρηνοποιοῦντες αὐτῷ. Εἰρηνοποιοὶ λέγονται καὶ οἱ πείθοντες τοὺς ἀπίστους πιστεύειν τῷ θεῷ.
