Matthew 5:25
Carefully, then, the Lord here names “adversary” the one who tries to take something that belongs to us. We are well disposed toward him if we keep the Lord’s command: “To the one who wants to go to law with you and take your tunic, give him the cloak as well,” and likewise in every such matter.

Θεομάχος, φησίν, κληθήσεται ὁ τὴν ἐλαχίστην τῶν ἐν τῷ νόμῳ ἐντολῶν ἀθετῶν. διὸ καὶ ἀθετεῖται παρὰ θεοῦ ὡς αὐτῷ ἀνθιστάμενος καὶ ἀντινομοθετῶν.
